Based on the expertise that we have accumulated so far in game development initiatives, GungHo is engaging in game development including all types of hardware devices so that our users can have even more fun with our games. Using the proven synergy between Game Arts’ development skills, G-mode’s ample mobile phone game development know-how, and GungHo’s online game operations experience to best advantage, we are working hard game development that will bring fun and exciting experiences to as many people as possible.
Online Games
At GungHo, we strive to develop games with a playing style where users not only have fun by themselves but also enjoy games with their friends in the unique online “community,” where users have the opportunity to meet other people and share exciting experiences. Working together with our group companies, who possess know-how, experience, and data acquired in the online game service business, we are introducing never-before-seen online games, which can be enjoyed by everyone, even people who have never played online games. In addition, we set no limit to the development stage. We are constantly engaged in development, even after commencement of an online service and for as long as the service is offered. This enables us to directly and appropriately respond to customer needs and opinions as they come up and make our content even more fun. Mobile Phone Games
| G-mode, which has produced more than 130 mobile phone game titles, continues to develop mobile phone games designed to let users have fun even when they’re on the move or at times when they only have a few minutes to spare. At the GungHo group companies, we make the most of our group synergy. Our development and distribution goals are to create even more entertaining products through collaborative efforts, sharing titles and characters, etc. |

Consumer Games
| Game Arts, which has been developing game software for more than 20 years, has a great deal of experience in game software development for consumer game equipment (PS, PSP, PS2, PS3, DS, Gameboy Advance, and more). At present, they are also developing online games scheduled for release by GungHo. Furthermore, we are working to maximize integration through transplanting the specialties of each of our group companies and collaborating between us, making maximum use of our development know-how in consumer games and online games and our technical prowess to develop and transplant consumer games to online games, and online games to consumer game equipment. In this way, we do not limit ourselves to any single platform. |
